The Board
The SMTS Board is an annually elected Committee responsible for the overall running of the Society. Board positions are performed solely on a voluntary basis. To be eligible to stand for annual election you MUST be a fully paid member of SMTS, and MUST be a registered student enrolled at the University of Strathclyde.

Production Team
Our specially selected Production Team are at the heart of bringing all of our SMTS Shows to life. The team operate on a voluntary basis and work alongside the Board to ensure Shows are performed at the highest quality.
CHARLOTTE HILL

Charlotte is a 4th Year Primary Education Student at Strathclyde University. Formally our founding Musical Director, Charlotte now takes the lead in Directing the Production side of our Shows.
LAYLA TEMPLETON
~ Musical Director ~
Layla is a 3rd Year Law and Social Policy Student at Strathclyde University. She is an accomplished singer/songwriter and brings this experience to the role of MD, specializing in Vocals.
DARREN ERWIN
~ Band Director ~
Darren is a 2nd Year Primary Education Student at Glasgow University. He is a talented multi-instrumentalist experienced band director. At SMTS he specializes in Band.
ERIN DOHERTY
~ Choreographer ~
Erin is a 4th Year SLT Student and former Dance Society Head at Strathclyde University. She has a background in performing arts and has choreographed across many dance disciplines.
